Shilajit is rich in two compound families that have been the focus of most of the modern research on it: dibenzo-α-pyrones (DBPs) and fulvic acids. The published work on PrimaVie® looks at how these compounds support normal cellular energy production* and the body's natural use of minerals from the diet.*

How to use

Shake the bottle well. Take 17 drops (0.83 ml) twice a day, morning and afternoon. You can put it directly under your tongue or stir it into a small amount of water. We don't recommend taking it after 6 pm if you're sensitive to natural energy support.

A note on taste

This is real Shilajit. It tastes like the rock it came from — earthy, mineral, a little smoky. Most people get used to it within a week. If the first sip surprises you, mix it into 4 oz of water with a squeeze of lemon. That's how Ian takes his.
